Meet the Photographer
Hello! I am a 19 year old photographer based in Meridian, Idaho. I am currently a freshman at Boise State, studying Civil Engineering! I have actively played soccer since kindergarten, and have been riding mountain bikes for even longer. I have always enjoyed taking pictures and using a camera, whether that be back at train shows, out sightseeing on my bike, or trying to find creative and unique angles and perspectives. I found that the best way to express this passion for finding beauty in perspectives was behind the lens of a camera.
Since I began to take photography seriously nearly 4 years ago, I have developed a passion for capturing memories, feelings, and moments through my photographs.
Landscape Photography
God’s creation is absolutely amazing. Since I was a kid, my family would go on road trips every summer, and the locations we visited was stunning, each in their own individual way. Once I learned how to use a camera, portraying this beauty quickly became a huge passion of mine.
Family Photography
Since I began doing family photo sessions, I began to realize my capability of capturing not just the people in the family, but also the bond that they share.
Event Photography
Event photography is a whole different beast, and is one of my favorite kinds of photography. The challenge of capturing the people, the atmosphere, the actual event, the interactions, just everything.
Automotive Photography
In the words of Jeremy Clarkson, “It’s what non-car people don’t get. They see all cars as just a ton and a half, two tons of wires, glass, metal, and rubber, and that’s all they see. People like you or I know we have an unshakable belief that cars are living entities. You can develop a relationship with a car”. I share a similar sentiment, and aim to capture this connection. My goal is to show each and every part of these machines that make them so special.
